2. Then go to the Dashboard and ADD Jesse Tancemore as an inmate in order to email him.
3. Search for my name by adding the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections facility.
4. Add a payment method (Visa, Mastercard) in order to purchase credits to email me. Don’t worry, it’s cheap!
5. Add money to your account (4 credits for $1, 20 credits for $5, 40 credits for $10), then you’re ready to email me.
